BUG? global economy crash

i am in 1940 as japan, the global economy seems to have crashed with production costs for goods in the millions and in thousands for materials

as a general observation, production costs seems to rise with the market costs of the goods and materials irrespective of inflation

just had a similar Bug too, just that all goes right into negativ millions. It happens at the end of december 12 / beginning dec 13. I just tried 3 times to reload a Savegame from a few days before but the Bug happens everytime.

Like I said i have a Savegame a few days before and one from dec 14. I uploaded both to my server: http://46.38.241.36/Savegame.7z
