I have a question about commodities, when I build new facilities, such as Consumer goods facilites I produce more but the consumption jumps up as well, why is this? I mean no disrespect, but I am just wondering, thank you.

I would need more information, could be caused by a few different factors. Is the actual or demand jumping? Hold over the red bar for more details.

The demand increases, for examples as Egypt, I build many consumer goods facilites and consumer good production either drops or the use increases.

We've had no other reports of anything like this. If you put the facilities you built offline, does it go back to the previous numbers?
Anyone else seen an issue like this?

The consumption rises and production decreases when I do that.

Re: Consumption of commodities vs. new production. Possible
Production is probably under minister control and he will lower prices immediately with more capacity, leading to higher demand. My guess.

I did a test with Cuba, deactivating existing facilities and building new ones and found nothing wrong with how this is working. I chose Cuba because it was a smaller population with one CG facility to start, easier to make the analysis.
