Negative Cost Trades

USA game, all normal settings.

Trading with Germany (US MGs for German $$) after German offer.

German offer was for a negative $$ amount (e.g., -$1500.00 per unit) but for positive gain (e.g., 1 Military Goods).

WAD or error? I think it happened when the Germans' budget was in a negative status but they needed materials.

Sounds related to some recently identified economy bugs. Will need to watch if it happens again after the next update.

So far, I haven't seen this in the newer patch, so it may be fixed.
