Not sure if this is a bug or if I cant find the right place to click.
Playing as Italy. When France fell, I went to scrap all the fabrication plants I got from there. at first I was just looking for them on the map, but figured there had to be an easier way. so I went to the production Q and found the list. and found the last one in Israel. So I went down there and decommissioned that one. However now anytime I go to my production Q I am at 0/0.

I can go down to show for, and select an individual facility and the 1/1 or 2/2. But when I select the western Europe square it does not load for the whole region. I can only select one facility at a time.

I suspect what happened was when I had selected the middle east region. and then destroyed it. I was stuck in that region and it would not let me switch back.

I saved and reloaded and it did fix the problem.

It's mentioned in the known issues that once you move off of "all production" the list gets screwy. Known issue.
