Leftover bits of Czech

Playing the 1936 sandbox as Germany, with no scripts up of course, but invading Czech leaves leftover colonies (Moldova, others) in small circles. These linger on, still showing as colonies, and armies will swarm around them even though they cannot be declared war upon, or entered.

Remarkably stable release for a beta, kudos.
