Research list displays zero for all fields

In the screen shot below you can see clearly that Warfare has one project available, yet the heading tab reports zero.
Happened a few times now, clicking to another department then back puts things back to normal though, so a minor annoyance at worst.

To clarify, it ain't just broke for Warfare but for all categories.
