Behavior:
1)- select an oil/agriculture/etc. upgrade in a hex
2)- hit next oil/ag button... game scrolls to next upgrade of type
3)- hotspot the hex in question
4)- ??!?!!!!
5)- next/previous button has defaulted to industry complex instead of 'next upgrade tye oil/g/e)
Reprogramming the buttons' behavior to retain the selected next/previous upgrade type would be the logical ideal?
Including redefinition of hotkey would be great.

weird - for me those buttons works as you written
just have issues with some hotkeys, but they can be changed in \INI\Hotkeys.csv
(SRU:the only game were redefining keys is harder than modding the game...)
