Completely Illogical Starting Relationships in Europe.

Austria, a German speaking, historically Germanic nation with EU and NATO ties, just like Germany, starts hostile towards Germany and France in 2020, 2017, and pretty much every other modern start date. They also rather illogically start with naval designs despite being a landlocked nation.

Poland is also hated by Germany, and I've seen Germany attack both or either of them within the first week of play.

What was the logic behind this decision?

I think devs messed it up, for global crisis i can understand (it is other way arround) but for world 2020 all regions in europe should be ready to blow Germany, being superior leader of EU.
