Since we have Crimea as a colony, why not make Chechnya a separate country, categorized as Russian colony?

I would like to see basque and catalan loyal hexes in Spain. Also, North ireland shoul'd have hexes loyal to Ireland and not non existant "North Ireland" nation. Corsica shoul'd also have hexes loyal to corsica instead of France (due to stron separatist movement on the island).

North Ireland is really very British in our times. I think if it were to separate itself from the UK, it would form a new country instead of joining Ireland. The only way Ireland could get North Ireland is by force. Anyway, that's just speculation It can be both ways, doesn't matter much.
