World Market & Colonies
Can we have the option for our colonies to not use the World Market? Or if they do then all colonial profits go to the parent region.

Not currently a planned feature.
You can take the money from your colonies though. They aren't allowed to decline a diplomatic offer regardless of the color rating of the offer.

Okay sure, that's a good solution. One other question... Can commodities have interest? For example, you play China and you request consumer goods from the U.S. and pay them money for an x number of days but they miss a few shipments. Do they still have to deliver the shipment they missed in another deal or do they pay you back the value of the shipment miss as a refund? Or the transaction does not even happen? In reality the U.S. sells debt to China in exchange for consumer goods because Americans enjoy their low consumer prices. Maybe it would be cool for a nation to be another nation's banker or "sell" debt.
Another thing, is there a way to have your colony not compete with you in the world market?

IIRC, missed payments become owed financial payments on which interest is charged, but that's a fairly obscure area, I could be remembering incorrectly.
Your colonies should be sending most surplus commodities to you so anything they sell on the market shouldn't be much competition to what you can sell.

Not sure, but I expect it depends on quantity. If they are massively overproducing it could be. With a small over production it might be every third or fourth day.

And don't forget that you can build industrial/etc. buildings in the colony as well as infrastructure (roads and rails). It works well when you do this to get the resources into the World Market without having to annex the place.
