If there is such a thing in the game, then I think it should be increased drastically. No matter how many supply truck I send the Japanese, they just use them around home while most of their army is stuck in the Gobi desert.

interesting ... my Minister sends all Transport Airplanes in new acquired Land without Supply and let the Planes circle ... just odd, there are no units.
oh, wait ... 6 hex away is a stranded Tank which needs supply ... let me help ... i relocate the Airplane manually
