I saw it from there as well. I believe history can go off the rails but I'm confident that at times to do attack Greece.

Something worth considering--Egypt.
Italy, historically, pretty much DoW'd Egypt in 1940 (at least in SR terms). As it currently is now, Italy never DoW's Egypt by event, so the UK is able to invade Italian Libya at will, while Axis units try to go into Sudan from the far south (and run out of supply and are stranded).
I recommend that either Egypt in 36/40 maps be a colony of the UK, or that Italy/Germany DoW Egypt when Italy goes to war with the UK/France. This will allow for a more historical Western Desert war.

19414 remains open, it is not a top priority.
I thought there was some stuff for Italy-Egypt in '40. I'll check again.

SR-36/SRU Road to War - Sandbox Japan & Soviet Union
Japan & Soviet Union;
Japanese hostility to Russia is too high at beginning of SR-36/SRU.
At this time, Japan was still in the decision-period of whether to "Go North", or "Go South". No decision had been presented to the Emperor (Hirohito) and while Japanese army wanted to Go North, it did not have sanction to do so. Similar with Navy's advocacy to Go South, with regard to war on France (Indo-China), Great Britain (Malaya), and The Netherlands (Netherlands East Indies/Dutch East Indies; NEI/DEI).
I would add further that open hostilities that came in May thru August 1939 on the Manchurian-Mongol border were still in the future. [Japan would begin the war with China in 1937.]
Might suggest not higher relationship than following:
* Civilian: -2.75
* Diplomatic: -4.00
* Casus Belli: -3.00
