Hex Trading

Can we have a system for trading territory like in SR2010? this way we can have more control over are colonies and be able to trade in multiplayer games with other humans.

It had all sorts of balance issues and exploits in SR2010. The AI could never use it. That's some of why the feature wasn't recreated when we rebuilt the engine for SR2020. Not in our current plans.

Kind of on a similar topic, is there anyway when releasing land to loyal nation that the user could dictate the portion?

For example, if I took over a colony, any way to grant independence while keeping a port in their territory that could be useful later?

What about a system where taking land will dramatically lower treaty integrity and make countries around that territory dislike you more, and having a large maintenance/industrial good demand for the area?
