We're still expanding on this and have some very clear ideas on some of the leaders but in other cases we're not sure who should be set as leader. We are open to suggestions on the following regions;

Not really, that's the leaders today. I can easily Google each one of those. I need logical choices of who will be the leader in 6 years. For both Philippines and Switzerland, I'm convinced it won't be the current leaders.

But thanks for the idea.

Can you build some database of "generic" regional leaders to avoid switzerland having leaders like "John Stevenson" or Venezuela being led by "Mohammad Hadrun"? Not big issue but affects immersion...

There is one, but it may at times get regional values out of balance. Are those starting leaders?

Yes, leaders (ministers) seems to have wrong name types from start (like Brazil having mix of african, french and "american" minister names). And the same wrong minister names seem to plague all regions in every game type (1936, 1940, 1941, 1949, 2020).

Like I have said, not really a big issue, but it looks funny :-)

P.S. now I see you are talking about leaders, not ministers ... my fault |O

Samson as leader of the Netherlands? Almost everyone like to puke on him even in his own party! He wont last long as leader of the PVDA.
Mark Rutte, now minister president, is much better choice. VVD is known for fixing economy and much higher change he's still leader in 2020.
I can also give you options for new PVDA or VVD leader..

After the overthrow into of the government, make it Bakr Sidqi. Before that make it Yasin al-Hashimi. (Leaders in 1936 - Wikipedia)

I started a game as US in GC 2020 and Australia had a nameless faceless silhouette. I'm pretty sure Australia will have A leader in 2020.. who isn't as important as the existence of one.. :wink:
