Can a game with intense political, military, and economic controls be fitted into year 2000 and have nations instead of regions? Like based on the SuperPower 2 concept but with the controls of SR2010. A combination of Supreme Ruler's controls with the concept of SuperPower 2 would make the ultimate geo political simulator...
