On the large maps, its very hard to see your entire region .
Id like the borders to be able to be called up on the mini-map.

Well, I once thought it would be handy if there was a tiny glowing dot representing whichever unit or facility you had highlighted. Example, if I'm trying to decide wether to upgrade that low supply uranium mine (and have it highlighted in my U mine list)...and a glance at the minimap tells me it is just south of the north pole...I can skip it without clicking the little target button. Same function if I have a unit highlighted in my reserves list...
Not really necessary, just bells and whistles.

This could be possilbe 'down the road'... when you are zoomed all the way out, what would you like to see?tkobo wrote:Ya know, if we could zoom out the primary map to see the whole map at once ( without cheats), it would be fine also.
In the current minimap, many things are out of the question because it's just too small but take the whole map and put it at full screen and you could introduce many items... filters to show bases, filters to show who is at war, units firing (so you could watch several fronts at once) etc.
With this full screen idea, how will it benefit the player? i.e. navigation? better information? how does it add to gameplay?
