In case my country get invaded the game should allow normal citizens who are willing and able to defend their country to join the army in mass numbers for gurila and militia traing incase the army collapses.

This happens in real life, in world world 2 philipinos join to the US to librate their country, japanese and chinese civilians also joined their armies. During the gulf war many arabs joined their countries to defend the iraqi invasion. During the arab isreali war milions of arabs joined the arabs armys and thousands of isrealies join the isreali forces.

Interesting idea... but actual implementation would be problematic. I'll discuss this with our design team to see if there is anything we can do with it.

In conventional conflicts, militias historically get butchered for littled gain.

There is more to said in favor of them in an unconventional warfare mode; however, as I've stated previously, this is probably best modelled in some notional or indirect manner.
