Allow editing of name!want to be 'Polish Empire' not 'Europe

Or 'Germany', or any other of the likely pre-determined starting names when you move to a higher scenario in a Campaign!either call your new region by your original region if you want OR better yet, allow the user to change the name of his 'country' before the next scenario! After conquering Europe with poor Poland, I want to be able to bask in our recaptured after 400 years Imperial glory!

We talked about this but it could get confusing if the Germany player changed their country name to "France".

I think that design idea was been entirly abandoned...

Well maybe in multiplayer, but I don't think the AI works on name recognition basis! I know in Alpha Centauri I could name my faction after another faction if I so chose. The only confusion would be to the person that would be silly enough to call his own country 'France' if 'France' still exists! And really, do you guys think that SR2010 gamers are that silly?

Would be nice to change icon colour too.

Maybe in the future with better editor options and some modders we'll get it.(hopefully)
