problem with liberate/colonise/annex Czechoslovakia

recently started as germany
march 1938 i invade austria and as normal i got the option liberate/cononise/annex (i chose annex)....
march 1939 i invade Czechoslovakia i DIT NOT get the liberate/cononise/annex options and i just automaticly annex the region

i dont know if this an error or a regular thing since im playing as germany
and yes i did buy the game (8.1.3 i think )

It's not just Czechoslovakia, this happened to me when I annexed French Indochina playing as Japan.

If you are playing campaign, than it is something the devs hardcoded since they want the campaign to follow a certain "story". Play the sandbox if you want more "freedom".

If you are seeing this in sandbox, than report it as a bug...

i just thought it was weird since when you play campain as the UK (1940) you see that germany colonised the czechia and slovak region and annex the surounding"sudetenland(?)" and gave a major part of the land to hungary (the part the was loyal to hungary)

There is a known limitation that you can't liberate a region that doesn't have territory with it's loyalty somewhere on the map. Since Czechoslovakia is some territory loyal to Czechs and some to Slovak Republic it can't be liberated. There are a few others places in the world that run into this.
