security bureau

It's useful to have many security bureaus or there are no differencies with having only one?

This is not a definitive answer. I just wanted to share my experience in the current game I am playing. It really was the first time I played around with espionage. For me, even though I built like a dozen security bureaus more than what I started out with. If there was an effect it was not noticeable. My enemy continued to have the same amount of success, or so it seemed. There may be a boost to the individual hex with the security bureau, but it felt like they were able to sabotage anything they wanted to, even with full funding. I have noticed that while conducting my own sabotage/espionage missions on hexes with security bureaus or intelligence academies, my spies were picked off at an alarming rate compared to a normal hex.

Just FYI

IIRC, more buildings give you more spies for missions.

Personally, I never bother playing the spy game at all.
