A good mechanism coul'd be that AI annexes only neighbouring nations, liberates neighbouring nations which it had good relations with and colonizes and liberates (randomly) all the nations it does not have common border with...

b) AI isnt able to repair damaged facilities

-> Every single Military Action leads to IRREVERSIBLE land damage thus ruinng the world within months completly?

Hmm? Playing Sandbox as Germany I was able to colonize the first country I conquered (Egypt) but since then every country was annexed. Since I don't like to have to provide IG's/CG's/Ag./& oil for the entire World, I was wondering when that release will be?
