Weird global occupation bug

This only happened after I installed update 3:
After the year 1950 begins, usually in february or march the entire world kinda collapses, north vietnam rules suddenly all over the soviet union and europe the US belongs to France and almost every european nation gets removed except the nation I'm playing in the game....

Can anyone help me?
Edit: The issue only seems to appear if I choose occupation as goal

The Capture victory condition is broken. Play with a different victory condition.
