On my latest game I'm playing Australia.
My GDP went up from around 1000 to 9000
My taxes are very low to 0
My population is increasing
But the demand for consumer goods is going down day by day, thus my income is going down day by day as well...
Why, if a country gets more and more people, those same people getting richer and richer, they want less and less?
This way I have to leave the game and even without war total surrender as my country will automatically run bankrupt
if nothing is sold eventually
Decreasing consumer goods demands

But why? I play Australia the same as other countries I've played before.. why do the cost increase so fast with Australia?
Inflation, low unemployment? What can I do?
