BUG: SpaceRace: USA is trying to fake moonlanding (again)!!!

Hello there.

From the first release of this game, there was problem, that even when USA lose, all major achievements was added to USA.

Some of those problems was fixed (it looks to me now), but "first picture of Earth" is still remaining.

That message does not indicate the US has gotten anything. The "latest US Satellite" message has no game effect, it's just a historical event, it happens at a specific date.

Ok, but still. It informs player that someone else was fisrt, but it is not true.
Some condition beffore this message should be done.

Also another messages, like "East Germany" close borders ... but there is no more "East Germany" ... those messages should check certain conditions, if they are still relevant to show/display themselfs.

The engine doesn't support conditions for events, it's all time triggered.
