I dont think its supposed to be this way. Im allied with US and I ran out of money for a while so they sent me some. But I never answerd their diplomacy call because im getting spammed by "bad trade" messages. Therefore they sent me one more message and one more. If I didnt answer that message they would keep sending more.
Once you answer all messages, in my case all 3 I get x3 the money they intended to send me. Ill attatch a screen dump, accepted all deals before I figured out something was wrong.

It has been mentioned before but as part of another topic so got lost, thanks for reposting.
That said, it's an exploit, but not a massive issue. It is likely to get a very low priority. If you don't like it, don't exploit it.
