Unit designs missing and or not researched.

I have noticed that some units have been traded to me but the country that developed them hasn't even researched the unit design. For instance I was traded the Sherman FL-10 when I was china but the United States didn't have the design. Too make sure it wasn't due to a lack of technology on my part I loaded the same game in a multiplier session as the United States which proved the design wasn't researched.

I have also noticed china starts with one Destoryers/Cruisers the Arethusa which the United Kingdom doesn't even have researched.

There may be other instances of this as well but I can't remember them all off the top of my head. I also noticed china can't research the T-34 tank anymore and has to wait a very long time before you can research any tanks.
