1. There is a "Cancel all treaties" button which does what it says and you can cancel treaties with your colonies or if you find the conditions where an AI will accept the trade. I've never found any such conditions but they are theoretically possible. AI's will sometimes cancel an individual treaty. If you sent them the offer at precisely the time they wanted out they would accept.
2. because it's a different game. There are things in Diablo III and Skyrim that this game doesn't do either...
3. I don't know, I wasn't part of that design. But just because you judge our design to be wrong doesn't make it wrong. You're welcome to ask for changes to any part of game and it will be considered like any of the other request. But it is a separate issue from update 3 testing.

Do you agree with me that this diplomatic system is less realistic than it was in 2020 in terms of agreement cancellation?
If not, where on earth it was impossible for sovereign country X to cancel SINGLE treaty/agreement with county Y, in real world?
If yes, wouldn't it be good idea to add this feature to the SRCW, but making it harder for player to do so? ex. After signing the agreement, 1 year needs to pass to be able to cancel it, or something of that sort.
Maybe other developers are more engaged in discussion?
