Weird bug in the beta update

...This also wasn't caused by him saving money. Something went wrong and he got that money.

I still need to see a savegame to confirm that but he's complaining about the fact that it says he should be making money but his treasury is losing money. That's because the value is so high.

And the countries crashing is because U3 Beta doesn't have the economy stuff fixed. One of our tests since then the countries were all getting rich, even the colonies. The economy has changed a lot in the last few weeks.

Good to hear. I didn't know the treasury had anything to do with losing money or gaining it. I always figured it was just a byproduct of gaining or losing money.

Both of the issues happened in the same save game file.

That's still slim on the details. When I load up, will I immediately see a region fall that will give me more money than they have in their treasury? To the issue of the over-sized treasury, that was already confirmed in the first savegame, no further evidence was needed.

It is the same save game file that was posted in the first post, that does show that South Vietnam fell and the massive increase to my treasury. Which you can then observe the massive money loss that ensues.
