Intel HD 4000 errors

I just bought myself a new computer.
Asus P8Z77-V Deluxe Mobo
Intel i3770k 3.5Ghz
16Gigs RAM
256Gigs SSD

Because Supreme Ruler hasn't got high graphics demands, I tried using the iGPU.

Facts:
1) Benchmarking the iGPU HD 4000 shows it's much better then my Nvidia 7950
2) On my Nvidia 7950 the game runs fine...
3) Civilization V, runs flawless on the new Intel HD 4000
4) Supreme Ruler Cold War runs fast, but the screen is full of errors..
I get long black stripes through the screen, flickering, etc..

Since even Civilization V runs on the Intel HD 4000, and we all know Civ V is maybe the
worst programmed software in the last few years, I'd expect SR-CW to run without problems as well..
Not to forget that my slower and older NVIDIA in the other computer has no problems rendering the game..

Any idea why this? Of course I'm planning to buy me a nice dual-GPU as well, but since I can't make up
my mind I postponed it a bit to try the HD 4000 performance, but I still want to know why it runs
fast on the Intel HD 4000, but with these errors? Any idea?

There has been reported problems with Intel graphics with sr2020 before. If I remember correctly, it was related to resolution and to peebs(people) using Win XP. Check supported resolutions in the game and check what resolutions supported by your graphics card. If I remember correctly it was something about intel not being able/willing to produce good drivers for win xp.

I my self have a comp with an older than yours intel graphics card, I had an XP installed, finally I installed Ubuntu + Wine and it worked(except for the mp games :( ).

We've tested with recent Intel hardware/drivers and have not seen any problems. We work closely with Intel to make sure we support their chipsets, it sounds like this is a driver problem though.
