A user has found a bug in SR2020 that may or may not have been resolved by the code changes during SR-CW development. I'm looking to confirm/refute that the bug is in SRCW.
The user had some HMAG missiles from tech level 111 so is playing Ruges Mod. This may or may not be relevant. The user fired sufficient missiles at an airbase to kill the base. This should have killed all the aircraft but instead some aircraft with a strength of zero started flying around the ruins of the base. Anyone able to recreate this issue in SR-CW?

I thought it was impossible to target specific building with missiles in SCRW?

but you can kill the base by killing the core, and that is how this bug could happen.
