50 built. That's one battalion. Not really important enough.

Re: Missing Units
Kinda figured that since you had other unbuilt cold war projects in the unit inventory, this one would have been included. Suppose it is a low priority though.Balthagor wrote:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M247_Sergeant_York

CAUTION.....older Jane's are notorious for errors in spec's, including tonnage, ar,pr range, fuel and some other data.Col_Travis wrote:Many of the naval specs can be found in either Jane's Fighting Ships of WWI or WWWII.
1-Moltke class BC: the Goeben survived until finally being scrapped in 1976 after serving w/the Turkish Navy as the B70 Yavuz and an attept to return her to W Germany as a museum ship. Specs are on pp251-2 of Jane's FS WWII.
2-Admiral Hipper class CA: the Hipper was scrapped in 1952 by W Germany and Lützow in 1960 by the USSR, specs are on pp146 of Jane's FS WWII.
4-Type 1934A Z5 Paul Jakobi class: 2-USSR (1952 & 1958), 2-France (1958);
2223t, 3780 km, 67.0 km/h, crew 325.
1-Type 1936 Z17 Diether von Roeder class: 1-USSR (1956);
3806t, 3870 km, 67.0 km/h, crew 323.
2-Type 1936A Z23 Narvik class: 1-W Germany (1951), 1-France (1958);
3663t, 4040 km, 69.5 km/h, crew 330.
3-Type 1936A Z31 mod Narvik class: 1-W Germany (1964), 1-France (1958), 1-USSR (1961);
3800t, 4150 km, 69.5 km/h, crew 330.
4-Type 1939 T22 Elbing class: 3-France (1952, 1955, 1958), 1-USSR (1958);
1783t, 4400 km, 60.2 km/h crew 205.
I left out the smaller type 1935 & 1937 torpedoboats, minesweepers & MTB's that survived into 1960.
Much more accurate information is available from several other hardcover (book) sources, by well know and respected authors
Seigfried Breyer does some of the best German naval reference works, beginning with his quite old battleships book Others would include older works of Marsh (now deceased) on Royal Navy, Antony Preston (UK and other navies), etc.
Wiki is getting better than couple years ago but one is not always guided to Source's by posters - so some caution is still
need there - especially as it relates to fuel loads, range, and some other specific data that is used in BG.
[All the above on on my working database copy, so should be available in time...]

It was a good anti-latrine system, it scored 100% at killing them, but had a real problem hiting aircraft so it was cancelled.Chesehead wrote:Kinda figured that since you had other unbuilt cold war projects in the unit inventory, this one would have been included. Brazil is missing its two Minais Gerais class battleships. Minas Gerais was scraped in 1950 and São Paulo was scraped in 1951.

Meaning that by the beginning of the game they are essentially worn out. The decision was to omit them.Col_Travis wrote:Brazil is missing its two Minais Gerais class battleships. Minas Gerais was scraped in 1950 and São Paulo was scraped in 1951.
