Multiplayer unit trade bug already fixed or on the todo list

Each time I want to trade units between Netherlands and Germany..
The receiver clicks to accept..
the sender then gets the message:"successful"
the receiver however gets the message failure
and the units are gone..

is it already on the to do list for the next patch?

I've had this happen before, the save games from my email had that issue as well I think.
