No change in UN relationship (South Africa, Sandbox)

Hi,
I've tried a couple of games as South Africa (sandbox, main campaign) and noticed that I can't seem to raise my UN approval rating above 50%. This with just having good relations, no wars, paying for all improved relations with other countries (criminal, trade, etc) [which I note is a bit tough to get as South Africa. No idea why], and a perfect 0 debt.

Hardcoded or error?

There is no telling what changes and effects the UN ratings have now.. gotta remember you cannot see that stat without the mod. Other than when you piss off the U.N and get the 0.5 un rating messages

You only get the general idea with the pleased to outraged ratings. Have you been signing alliances etc?

Note that 50% is "satisfied" according to the new meter.. so I wouldn't expect it to be easy to get it much higher.

cool, thanks Fist. Yeah, not sure what is going on there--I managed to sign a bunch of low level (crim, trade, labor) treaties by buying friends, but that's about it.
