Run the game in windowed and you can use the print screen button, or you can use full screen and use something like steam or xfire or fraps to take pictures.

Print Screen works fine in fullscreen mode. I only run fullscreen on all games and never had an issue.

When you hit print screen, tab out of the game, open up paint and paste. When you save it, you can save where ever you want.

Printscreen copys the image to the clipboard until you paste it elswhere. If you press it again, before pasting then you will loose the first image. Also if you are running dual screens like me, then ALT+printscreen ensures you only capture the image from the selected application window, and not both screen images side by side.
