Switching off ALL spotting...

I'm SURE I read somewhere on here about some code to switch off ALL spotting for everybody worldwide, which speeds the game up a lot... but I can't find the post now. Did I imagine this?

Press Ctrl+Shift+S and untick fog of war.

Or turn off fog of war at the beginning of the game in the options. Spies/stealth etc won't work without spotting just FYI
