Colony exploitation Bug (feature until its fixed)

Post by Fistalis »

One doesn't have to actually build something to take a hex from a colony, Just simply start building a military complex and cancel it as soon as the hex is transferred over to you. You can take every hex that's not a city, industrial complex or river like this. (note they probably still get it back when/if they declare independence, but it allows you to directly harvest resources etc.)

Ah well I hadn't noticed a thread about it.. but it wouldn't be unusual for me to not be aware of something.

Would be nice if when you scrapped a military complex they automatically got the territory back, I just tend to scrap a few facilities when I colonise a nation to save money!

Also has anyone else notices that sometimes you don't get control of military facilities... Happens to me every now and them!
Much Thanks
