unit build priorities

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if I don't want the AI minister to build, for example, Mountain Infantry, I should double-click it to get up the unit card, then click the button in the lower-right corner and set it to "Exclude", right?

If that is correct, then why does the minister keep building these anyway? Is it bugged?

Thanks for the report, we'll be working to fix that.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but in SR2020, exclude was simply to remove it from the viewable list for the player, and had zero effect from AI build decisions
Is a change in this area being planned then? If so, it will be very welcomed

It's supposed to have changed.

Well I can confirm it still works in the old fashion with me as well, AI Auto-Build is still building excluded units

fixed for update 3 and minister will also favour "favorite" units.

How much of an impact does setting a unit to favorite have? Will it build both whatever it thinks is best and the unit you favorited?
