As for Kaliningrad, I believe this falls under our rules for colonies to be a colony. Foreign or overseas holdings are shown as colonies. Colonies are a broad container used for many regions in our game.

Additionally, we chose not to divide up regions further as suggested for gameplay reasons, engine limitations etc. Feel free to comment further.

Kaliningrad was placed under Soviet Administration, the annexation has never been recognized by any Western European nation or the US & Canada. So I would have to agree with Legend.

Call me STUPID! I should have posted this earlier. Bremeraven X:863, Y:135 should be Wilhelmshaven, Bremeraven in all of its history has never built a ship, Wilelmshaven has. It has been the HQ of Germanys fleet since Bismarck!!!

Now for the Kiel Cannal!!! This is the buisiest cannal in the WORLD. And yes it can handle modern subs and carriers just like the Panama and Suez cannals. None can handle Super Carriers and Boomers transit the Arctic. The coordinates are: (X:868, Y:134; X:868, Y:133; X:868, Y:132; X:869, Y:131; X:870, Y:131; X:871, Y:131; X:872, Y:131). I've posted a video from the bow of th Bismarck passing through the cannal, witch had a greater beam than most American super carriers. No American Super Carriers can transit either!!! Why has this cannal been left out? Specs for the Kiel Canal are listed in Jane's FS of WWI pp26 before it was upgraded during WWII.

I'm sorry about that Balthgor! I did't know if you had Window 1252 or Unicode or not.

This is a remnant from SR2020 where Bosnia and Herzegovina had access to international waters, but it should be corrected for Cold War period.

The following coordinates should be added to Yugoslav territorial waters:
x:925 y:191
x:924 y:191
x:923 y:191
x:922 y:192
x:922 y:193
x:921 y:193
x:922 y:194

here is the pic of hexes in question:

That would become a problem for the Modern World mod. This is very low priority.

Why? You could just give those specific hexes Bosnian loyalty and for modern world Bosnia would have those hexes as territorial waters (not correct but I don't think anyone would mind that) :D

Bosnia don't need those hexes at all (they can not build port due shallow waters and are totally enclosed by croatian islands and peninsulas). Thatway Slovenia needs similar acces to the open sea. Too much complication for 10km of coast... And totally wrong for cold war times...

X:887 Y:182 is CARPI and not CAPRI (Capri is an island near Naples).

x:901 y:178 should be KOPER, not KOPERR
x:936 y:193 should be NIKŠIĆ (or NIKSIC), not NIKSI
x:938 y:195 should be TITOGRAD, not TITOGRADE
x:937 y:194 is an empty hex and it should be empty but you named it PORT ELISABETH for some reason
