But I don't know which files and how to mod it to do that

I read through Wiki, but that didn't help. I would appreciate it if some one could teach me

Debts are contained in the .CVP each nation has its own line for debt.
you dont manipulate specific bonds. Debt is handled by a % of GDP. You should see debt or something on in the .cvp file dont rmemebr the exact name of the line. Also check the scenario file.. its possible its as simple as Starting debt is set off in the Scenario file since the 2020 conversion mods already have debt this is likely all youll have to do. (or maybe i defaulted them on and you want them off.. either way theres an on/off switch in the scenario file)SFP wrote:Wow, Fistalis! Thanks for your help, now I got how to handle hexes. (...and how careless I am, it was written on wiki...)
But still can't find where in .CVP can manipulate bonds![]()
I can't find much difference between GlobalCrisis.CVP and ShatteredWorld.CVP, but when I start Shattered World scenario, all regions doesn't have their debts. This is quite a mystery for me.
What am I blundering?

I apparently never converted the .CSVSFP wrote:

..and sorry to make another question. (this will be a last one)
Shattered World.Scenario says including "SW.CSV" from "Custom\SW" like this.. ..but I can't find SW.CSV in the file. These are all that I have in the file, but game is working correctly.
Is .CSV file not essential for the game? And to edit hexes, do I better make "SW.CSV" by my self?
Yes, Yes, Yes! I do have 2020, finally, every thing is clear!Fistalis wrote:I apparently never converted the .CSVSFP wrote:

You have two choices create a new one using another file as a template (the CW campaign .CSV would work just remove all the entries and leave the headers)
Or if you have 2020.. grab the proper shattered world .csv and use it.
