Is it possible to modify the diplomacy GUI, so that you can form a group alliance. For example, a player can start a new Allies/Warsaw Pact Alliance or break apart from one. It would be cool if you could declare the name of the Alliance treaty. Also, request other nations to declare war on your enemy would be helpful.
