I was thinking playing a game as Taiwan, that one way to change its name is by changing the localization files. But I couldn't find one where this is listed.
If this isn't changeable this way, how did Fistalis created two Korea's instead of North and South Korea?

\Supreme Ruler Cold War\Localize\LOCALEN\Scenario\XXXX
The XXXX is dependent on the scenario.. some scenarios use different files.. some don't use any file which then pulls the names directly from the .CVP
You can find out which file it pulls from by looking in the .scenario file.
(also if you play in a differnt language it wouldn't be LOCALEN)
In the case of the modern world mod I changed the english localization so i can eventually update the beginning intelligence synopsis and I changed the .CVP So that non english speakers would still have the name changes with out me having to create a localized file for every language.
