I went to the Supreme Wiki site, and behold I found this:
"Flags are assigned to regions using the Regional Data .cvp file. The flag numbers correspond to the images in \Graphics\FLAGBITSn.PNG where n= 0-8. FLAGBITS1.PNG contains flags 0-39 with the first row being 0-4 from left to right. Any of the flags can be replaced and the file resaved to make a change to the flag. "
That's alot of nice info. However, totally useless if you don't know how to get to the file....
Could someone explain how I actually find [As in get to] the Regional Data .cvp????

On steam the srcw folder is found in C:\Program Files\steam\steamapps\common\supreme ruler cold war
