But they don't do anything other than increase relations
You can make custom agreements but they don't do anything but increase relations.

The actual modding of agreements isn't possible outside of making a new agreement with a new name that does nothing. (other than increase relations.)
If you want filler agreements then thats fine.. if you want trade partner or something like that to actually do something outside of increase relations its not possible.

(not sure how many different ways I can put that so that maybe people will understand)

I went through a similiar thing with people thinking you could do massive changes to the AI.. it really seems as if Ruges biggest trick was to fool people into thinking more could could modded than can be. for example people seem to think that the AI doing sea invasions is due to ruges Mod.. when its part of the base code, and thats something you cannot mod. Lot of misinformation about what can be modded spread due to ruges mod. People are actually asking him to modify is AI params for CW not realizing that since the AI is hardcoded and there is very little that can be changed with the AI params that they assume the AI will start doing sea invasions in CW with it.

News flash. AI Params can change build orders. Unit weightings (what stats the AI looks at to determine what it builds) and what unit classes is calls for specific missions.. thats all. There is no miracle area to reprogram the AI in it. (not that people will listen... they continue to be under the delusion that ruges totally reprogrammed the AI or something)

as long as you understand that even those added agreements don't do anything other than improve relationships...
