Mod Request - Height of the Cold War

Hello,

If possible, would somebody be able to make a mod, that is still the same Cold War campaign, but at a later starting date. For example... Instead of starting in 1949, starting at a date like 1960, the year of the Cuban Missile Crisis, or the height of the Cold War (Around 1979, I think)
