Cold War - Independent Start

This is the original campaign with all the Starting colonies made independent at the beginning(this means yes West africa is a nation etc). It was made on request(mainly so someone would quit asking :wink: ), and I have no idea if this will mess with any of the events. As such I have no plans on supporting it/updating it or adding to it. All the files needed are included in the ZIP so modify to your hearts content.(if weird things happen like you declaring independence 40 years into the game even though you've been independent... you can fix it, this mod is As is :D ) To be honest you shouldn't see anything like that but I'm not gonna promise you won't.

Unzip into your main SRCW folder. (the one with the .exe)
