German Reunification - am i missing sth?

So i started a sandbox game. After taking east Germany with force (As West Germany) i dont get sth like a reunification. My Capital still is Bonn, east german is aanother loayality etc...

Isnt there a Event for reunification at all?

No events were limited to time based triggers in CW and 2020. There was no way for the engine to trigger an event based on what land you took etc. That nifty feature is in 1936.

pretty much.
People dont realize how much of an improvement the event system got in 36 til you play the older titles.

Historically the game is very complete, but that detail is indeed missing. We go through 9 november 89 and nothing happens to germany...

What I miss in the game is the possibility to grant independence to parts of our territory. After I conquer some regions, i would like later to decide if I want a specific part of the territory to b expelled, for example, from my country.
