Means you have a long term agreement to either give or receive military goods every so often. What Fistalis said. As you mentioned in different thread, you are playing USSR. In the beggining of the campaign, you are providing military goods to N. Vietnam (and possibly others, I can't remember) and you obviously don't have the amount you are supposed to send to them. The deal is supposed to last until you deliever the agreed amount (not sure, but you can probably cancel the deal if it bothers you much) which can be checked in the existing treaties section in diplomacy screen.Alexsej wrote:Avery single day I get a message Missed a military goods transfer.
