loyalty colonization

ok so this is sort of repeating previous posts but not exactly, i go to war with china (as the US) and the northwest part bordering mongolia is not loyal to china and therefore is annexed to me even if i colonize china, is there anyway i can not have this part annexed to me? even though its not loyal to china it is in its original borders and so it doesnt re-establish the nation within its loyalty. thanks for any help, if not possible i do understand just kind off odd having my own territory land locked within a colony and other nations.

No way to do it... You can only mod it and remove Inner mongolia loyalty and change it to China loyalty, and in a new game this will be solved. I got no clue how to do this.. I don't have the patience for modding. But there's a bunch of pro modder here that could certainly help you.
