Raise ecconomy

After a long hefty war with china and russia as the philippines because i annexed the lower half of the pacific i.e vietnam cambodia indonesia etc. My economy is absolutely shocking -130 odd as you can see in the picture i was wondering if there is anyway to raise this ? I have only got 1.6% unemployed should i lower military funding as its been at its highest for some time and i have a fairly large army.

Many of those scores function under unknown voodoo. Its not abnormal for weak nations to be top of military or technologically backward nations to be at the top of tech etc.. so personally I pay no mind to them.

The diplomacy score is pretty easy though.. tons of treaties will raise that.
