Countries's colors all black

Hi, I got a problem with with the countries' colors. They're all black so it's a little problematic in wars... Only USA, USSR, Africa, UK, France and Spain got their original color. With the ownership filtrer it's same thing. I reinstalled the game without succes and it's not my save, every news game got the same problem. The problem is not affecting Global crisis, if it can help...
I would like to send you a screenshot but I got another problem, I can't take pics of the game, it take a picture of my wallpaper instead, like if the game screen was not here.

I taugh that reinstalling the game would reset them automaticaly.

Windows sometimes misses cleaning out configuration files or registry entries when uninstalling.

yeah, I've found that when I do a reinstall I have to go in and manually remove folders to get it actually "clean."
